At The Rock Adventure Centre, we take pride in our outdoor rock climbing courses and high-quality instruction.

Our outdoor programs are run by our senior Rock Instructors who are trained and qualified and have years of climbing and outdoor experience. With vast knowledge of local climbing areas, we will help you select the climbing site most suitable for your groups needs.

The Rock's climbing programs are simply the safest and most comprehensive rock climbing programs around! On all of our courses you will learn safety, technique, equipment and gear identification, belaying, abseiling, basic knots and other various skills.

Our outdoor rock climbing and abseiling sessions are available to individuals, groups, schools, and corporations.
